Relais de LEmpereur - Genappe

During the holiday season, our restaurant will be closed. Breakfast service will therefore not be available.

Reception hours will also be reduced: we will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, except on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1, when reception will be completely closed.

Everything will be arranged so that you can access your room without any difficulty. You will find an envelope in the hotel lobby with your name and room number on it. Inside, you will find your room key and an instruction sheet.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Relais de LEmpereur offers pet-friendly (supplement) accommodation in Genappe, 35 km from Brussels. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, Art des Sens (a reservation is needed). Free private parking is available on site.

The restaurant is open every day from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our kitchen offers a selection of light meals, as well as daily lunches and chef’s suggestions.
For evening dining, the restaurant is available by reservation only.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM for 20 euros per person. It is offered à la carte. You can enjoy both hot and cold dishes, perfect for starting the day well and staying energized throughout.

The reception is open between 9am and 4pm. If you arrive later we will inform you how to access your room.

The rooms feature a flat-screen TV, a kettle and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Certain units have a seating areayou can relax.

Guests can enjoy the 2 golf courses at an extra charge. Waterloo is 16 km from Relais de LEmpereur and Leuven is 31 km from the property. The nearest airport is Charleroi Airport, 25 km from Relais de LEmpereur.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, the property will communicate an access code to get your room key from an outside safety box.

Superior Double or Twin Room. Featuring views of the Golf course or our beautiful courtyard, this room offers a seating area, soundproofing and a minibar. It also has a bathroom with a bath andor a shower. ;
Two-Bedroom Suite. Decorated in warm tones, this suite is composed of 2 interconnecting bedrooms. Each one of them has a private entrance and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A living-room is featured. ;
Double or Twin Room. This room features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a seating area.
